NV/CA Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated NV Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our client's growing team.

Compensation

• $90,000 - $95,000/year+ (based on experience)

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience handling NV and CA workers compensation claims
• Litigation experience required
• Active NV adjuster's license

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the workers compensation claims department.
• Manage and mentor a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review and analyze claims to determine appropriate action and resolution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve claims handling.
